Small Plate Crawl – January 21-25th 2015

Primo’s is proud to participate in the 2015 High Country Plate Crawl, in cooperation with Boone Independent Restaurants!  Myleia is excited to show off some of her fancy fine dining experience with these exciting plates to taste!  PLEASE NOTE:  This menu is ONLY available to participants of the crawl, so go to their website and get signed up!  You can taste all of this and so much more from over a dozen area restaurants if you do!

Myleia’s Bruschetta & Garlic Knots:  Toasted Italian bread with pesto, sauteed garlic, mushrooms, onions & tomatoes, baked with melted, bubbly mozzarella. Also served with 2 House Made Garlic Knots, a must-try.  $3

Lobster and Crab Bisque:  This is one of Myleia’s long-time recipes, a customer favorite.  Someone once asked for a bathtub full of it! $2

Salad Plates:  $2.50

Spinach Salad: Fresh spinach, topped with spiced pecans, fresh strawberries and bleu cheese crumbles.  Served with a house-made strawberry vinaigrette!

Iceberg Wedge with bacon crumbles, tomatoes, red onion, and homemade Bleu-cheese dressing.

Entree Plates:  

Proscuitto Wrapped Chicken with lemon zest and fresh thyme served in Parmesan Crisp Bowl with Creamy Herbed Risotto – $7
Spinach-Stuffed Beef Tenderloin with Sun-Dried Tomato Cream Sauce and Duchess Potatoes – $8

3 Cheese Lasagna with Zucchini Strip “Noodles” and House Marinara (Vegetarian, Gluten-Free) – $5

Mini Mossimo Pizza:  “Massimo” is Italian for “best.” Homemade crust and sauce, with artichokes, spinach, chicken, green peppers, roasted red peppers, feta cheese, & red onion.

Dessert Bite Sampler:  House Made Desserts:  Coconut Cream Pie, Flourless Chocolate Cake, and Tiramisu. – $5
